You will need to:

Attend all of your doctor appointments

Attend all therapy appointments

Be honest about your symptoms

Describe in detail all problems you are having to you doctor

Keep us up to date on your treatment

Give us any bills in a timely manor so that it may be submitted for reimbursement

What do I do during one? What do you during it? A deposition is recorded session of questions and answers, where you answer under oath. Caslin & Cecil will prepare you for the types of questions that you will be asked. Caslin & Cecil attorney will be present to make sure that proper legal procedure is followed and to ask you questions as well. A court reporter will be there also be there making the official record for the session. Generally you will be asked questions about your self, work history, medical history, work injury and medical treatment. You will be expected to listen to all questions and answer carefully and truthfully.

This is similar to your deposition but the Administrative Law Judge will also be present and may ask additional questions about your work accident. There may also be an employer representative present that may testify.

Detailed medical history, including prescriptions, work history, descriptions of jobs presently working and past jobs, current medical treatment and past medical treatment, daily activities, limitations, how your injury affect you in all aspects work, home, extra activities, family.
